Terms of Service

1. Preamble

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Zero mobile application (the "Application" or "Service"), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Any person who downloads, installs, or uses the Application (the "User") acknowledges having read and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If the User does not agree with these Terms, they must immediately cease using the Service.

• Service: the Zero application and all associated features.
• User: any adult natural person registered on the Service.
• Account: the personal space created by the User after registration.
• Profile: information provided by the User (declared intent, photo, etc.).
• Introduction: the presentation made by Zero between two Users deemed complementary.
• Room: the three-way conversation space between two Users and Zero.
• AI: the conversational artificial intelligence that orchestrates introductions.

4. Acceptance of Terms

Registration for the Service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. The User declares having legal capacity to enter into this contract and being of legal age (18 years or older).

The Service is not intended for minors. Any Account created by a minor will be deleted without notice upon detection.

5. Service description

Zero is an introduction service between people who build, create, launch, or carry projects, operating primarily through conversation with an artificial intelligence.

The Service allows the User to:

• Fill out their profile through free conversation (text or voice) with the AI.
• Be introduced, in turn, to other Users deemed relevant by the AI.
• Converse within a three-way Room with another User and the AI.
• Switch the conversation to WhatsApp once mutual consent is given.

Zero offers no feed, no browsable profile catalog, no "swipe" system, no "like" feature, and no other classic social network functionality.

6. Registration and Account

Registration is done via WhatsApp phone number using a one-time password (OTP). No password is required.

The User agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Any identity theft, false declaration, or use of a phone number that does not belong to the User results in immediate termination of the Account.

A User may hold only one Account. Multiple accounts are automatically detected and deleted.

7. Profile photo

The User agrees to provide a clear photo of their face. This photo is never public: it is visible only to Users with whom an introduction has been confirmed by mutual consent.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Photos of other people or impersonating a third party.
• Photos retouched in a misleading manner.
• Photos of animals, landscapes, logos, or any non-identifying representation.
• Content of a sexual, violent, or degrading nature.

The photo may be moderated at any time by the publisher, by human and/or automated moderation. An Account whose photo is invalidated may be suspended until rectified.

8. Code of conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the Service:

• Commercial solicitation, prospecting, or selling of products/services.
• Requests for money, donations, loans, or any financial solicitation.
• Harassment, discriminatory, insulting, or threatening remarks.
• Identity theft or dissemination of false information.
• Premature sharing of contact information (phone, email) before the official WhatsApp transition.
• Distribution of sexual, violent, hateful, or illegal content.
• Any activity contrary to applicable national or international law.

A reciprocity lock limits sending to two consecutive messages without a reply from the other party in a Room, to prevent monologues and one-sided pitches.

9. Introductions and Rooms

Introductions are determined by Zero's AI based on each User's profile. The publisher guarantees no timeframe for obtaining an introduction, nor any outcome regarding the quality or consequences of such introduction.

An introduction requires the prior consent of both Users concerned before opening the Room.

The AI may intervene in the Room to make the initial presentation, moderate, propose the WhatsApp transition, or remind Users of the code of conduct.

10. WhatsApp transition

After a minimum exchange threshold (≥ 15 messages and ≥ 24 hours since the Room opened), the AI may propose to both Users to continue the conversation on WhatsApp.

The WhatsApp transition requires explicit consent from both Users. Once the transition is accepted and the phone number shared via the dedicated button, the publisher exercises no further moderation over exchanges, which then fall exclusively under WhatsApp and its terms of use.

11. Moderation and sanctions

The publisher reserves the right to moderate conversations (automated scanning and/or human intervention upon report) to detect the prohibited behaviors covered in section 8.

In case of breach, the following sanctions may be applied without notice:

• Written warning in the Application.
• Temporary suspension of the Account.
• Permanent ban and deletion of all associated data.

Any User may report inappropriate behavior with a single tap from the relevant Room. Abusive or repeated unfounded reports may themselves constitute a breach.

12. Suspension and termination

The User may at any time:

• Pause their Account: the Service stops proposing introductions until reactivation.
• Permanently delete their Account and all associated data from the Application settings.

The publisher may terminate an Account at any time in the event of breach of these Terms, without notice or compensation.

13. Intellectual property

The Application, its content (texts, trademarks, logos, design, source code, AI models), except for content produced by Users, are the exclusive property of OMEGA INNOVATIONS.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, partial or total adaptation is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

The User retains all rights to the content they produce (messages, photos, etc.) but grants the publisher a non-exclusive, free license to use such content solely for the operation of the Service: matching, moderation, legal compliance, and AI improvement under anonymized conditions.

14. Liability

Zero is an introduction service. The publisher cannot be held liable for:

• The quality, truthfulness, or relevance of information provided by Users.
• The consequences of introductions (collaborations, transactions, personal relationships).
• The behavior of Users among themselves, particularly after the WhatsApp transition.
• Temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or technical incidents.

The User acknowledges using the Service at their own risk and undertakes to exercise prudence in all their interactions.

15. Modification of Terms

The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Substantial modifications are notified to the User via the Application and take effect 30 days after notification.

Continued use of the Service after this period constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Ivorian law. Any dispute relating to their execution or interpretation falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions in the User's country of residence.
